Tmura:
In December 2004 Naiot joined Tmura – the Israeli Public Service Venture Fund. Tmura is a nonprofit organization founded in 2002 to increase the involvement of the high-tech community in non-profit activity in Israel, with a focus on education and other youth initiatives. Tmura receives donations of equity primarily from private Israeli and Israel-related high-tech companies. Upon a liquidity event, Tmura allocates the proceeds to education and youth-related charities in Israel. According to the agreement between Naiot and Tmura, every company that joins Naiot will allocate a portion of its equity to Tmura. Because of our belief in Tmura’s goals, Naiot also supports the organization’s activities by encouraging its graduated companies to continue to support Tmura.
