An experienced entrepreneur and an accomplished manager, Mr. Eliash has vast experience in leading companies. Prior to his current position, Mr. Eliash served as CEO of Naiot's portfolio company EZsurgical. He led the company through seed and round A financing as well as penetration into the U.S market and commercialization of its first product.

In 2000 he founded and lead Keshet E.C - a medical filed related investment company. As Keshet's CEO – Mr. Eliash lead the foundation for the first private Israeli Medical School in cooperation with top-tier European and U.S medical schools, where he planned and promoted the company initiatives for establishment of private surgical centers in Eastern Europe. He served as a consultant to a leading Eastern European pension fund and as such created a plan for an insurance based Medical services. Mr. Eliash holds LL.B. from Bar Ilan University.

Dr. Gurvitz leads Naiot’s screening process for life science companies and serves as a mentor for companies within the incubator. Dr. Gurvitz received his medical degree from Semmewish University Budapest in 2003 (cum laude). Dr. Gurvitz has gained entrepreneurial experience as the founder of several companies providing medical services. Prior to joining Naiot
Dr. Gurvitz served as a resident in Radiology at the Kaplan Medical Center (Rehovot, Israel).

Dr. Anat Kerem-Angel joined Naiot on 2004, co-leading the incubator’s healthcare screening process. Anat is working closely with Naiot's healthcare portfolio companies, actively involved in day to day operations and strategic decisions. Anat holds a doctoral degree in biochemistry from Tel Aviv University and carried out research and published scientific papers in the fields of cellular biology and immunology during her post-doctoral training at the renowned Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot.

Sigal joined Naiot in 2007 and heads Finance and Operations for Naiot and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Naiot, Sigal was serving in a controller positions for over 9 years, in various High Tech companies.Prior to this, Sigal was a senior auditor at Somekh Chaikin, a member of KPMG, for 4 years.
Sigal is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Mr. Kaiser leads Naiot’s screening process for IT and Web companies. Mr. Kaiser’s responsibilities include establishing the business strategies and tactics of the portfolio companies during the early stages of product development and commercialization. Prior to joining Naiot, he held various positions at Yes DBS Satellite Services Ltd.
Mr. Kaiser holds both Bachelor of the Arts degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Michal heads Legal counseling for Naiot and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Naiot, Michal was serving in a leading law firm in Israel, specializing in Commercial, civil and intellectual property litigation and general commercial practice.
Michal is a Member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005 and holds both Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree and Master of law (LL.M) degree, in the fields of Hi-Tech and Intellectual Property, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Mrs. Ben Arye is the Marketing Manager of the Mor- Naiot medical initiative. She is in charge of promoting the initiative among medical staff, looking for innovative medical concepts with intellectual property prospects and market potential as well as unmet medical needs.

Her professional background as a Medical Representative and in Medical Product Management at the Interventional Radiology department, Intensive Care and Anesthesia has yielded not only in profound training experience but also in a vast networking in all major medical institutions in Israel.

Nili's educational background includes Health Management Administration (M.H.A), Management School, Ben-Gurion University and first degree in Social and science (B.Sc.), Bar-Ilan University, integrated with X-RAY technician school in Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical center ,
