Mr. Dan Vilenski
Mr. Vilenski received his BSc in 1964 and MSc in 1967 from the Technion in Haifa. During his commendable career, he has held positions with Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and Kulicke & Soffa (USA/Israel). He served as vice president and general manager of KLA and went on to be the executive director of the U.S.-Israel Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation (BIRD-F). Since 1997, Mr. Vilenski has been the corporate vice president of Applied Materials and chairman of the PDC Group in Israel.

Mr. Yoav Doppelt
Mr. Doppelt received his BSc from the Technion in Haifa and his MBA from Haifa University. He is currently the investment and business development manager of the technological division at the Ofer Brothers Group. Mr. Dopplet also serves as a director of various prestigious enterprises such as Tower Semiconductors, IMI - Israel Chemical's R&D Institution and several start-up companies.

Mr. Assif Stoffman
Mr. Stoffman joined the Ofer Hi-Tech team in 2001, serving seven years at Naiot (The Ofer Hi-Tech incubator), out of which four years as Naiot's CEO. He is currently the Executive Vice President of the technological division at the Ofer Group.
As CEO of Naiot Mr. Stoffman led various investments in innovative start-up companies in the fields of healthcare, software and internet and played an active role in refining their strategies and supporting their management teams. Currently Mr. Stoffman serves on the boards of AngioSlide, EZSurgical, EndoCross, Intratech and Checkmarx.
Mr. Stoffman received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a law degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and mater of laws degree (negotiation and dispute resolutions program) from Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan.

Mr. Yigal Erlich
Mr. Erlich is the former Chief Scientist of Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade. He holds a BSc and MSc in chemistry and a MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Mr. Erlich was instrumental in the establishment of binational industrial R&D cooperation agreements with Canada, France, the Netherlands, Singapore and Spain. He served as the chairman of the executive committee of the U.S.-Israel Binational Industrial Research and Development Foundation (BIRD-F), as well as a director of the Dead Sea Works, Israel Chemicals, Israel Oil Refineries, Hadassit (Hadassah's commercialization company) and the Technion Research and Development Co. Ltd. Mr. Erlich also was one of the founders of the Israel Venture Association and currently serves as its chairman.

Mr. Izake Lotan
Mr. Lotan’s background includes 20 years of service in various key CFO and entrepreneurial positions within the Israeli hi-tech and software industries. He focuses mainly on securing financial resources for hi-tech companies for strategic planning and operations. Mr. Lotan currently serves as CFO for Ofer (Ships Holding) Ltd., where he is responsible for the financing of its fleet and new investments. Mr. Lotan received his BA in economics in 1980 and his MSc in industrial engineering (industrial management) in 1984 from Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva.

Mr. Dov Shafir
Mr. Shafir had an exceptional career while serving in the Israel Defense Forces. He was the commandant of the Naval Commandos and the head of the IDF naval manpower division. For the last 20 years, Mr. Shafir has held various key positions at Teva and currently serves as the chairman of the audit committee of the board.
